A cashier’s check for the bidder deposit MADE PAYABLE TO PIONEER TITLE CO for the amount of the parcel(s) you wish to bid on.* (see below) Mail or drop off at Kincaid Real Estate. Do not send to Pioneer Title Co. (Deposits will be returned to all unsuccessful bidders at the conclusion of the auction.)
3. Apply for bidder approval through booker2bid.com.

Click on the green “Log in to bid button”
Click on the green “Register” bar
Fill out the information boxes. (If you plan to take title to the property as an entity or under a different name, please enter that in the “Company” box.) Click on “Next.”
Read the terms then click on “Agree to Terms” at the bottom left. Click on “Next Step”
It will take you to the “Complete Registration” screen. Click on “log in”
Fill in your Username and Password
Click on "900+ AG & REC ACRES"
Click on the green “Request Approval to Bid” button.
Log out when you are done.
An email will immediately be sent to booker2bid.com to process your request to bid.
You will get an email response when you have been approved.
