Abbie combines her love of organization and attention to detail to help make sure that each Kincaid Real Estate transaction runs as smoothly as possible from first contact to close. As a former educator, she is committed to life-long learning (about anything and everything) and was in the same K-12 graduating class as Curt! Abbie provides technical solutions, marketing, and general support to not only the brokers but also the growing family of Kincaid Real Estate clients.
Born and raised in Colfax, twice a WSU grad, Abbie appreciates being in close proximity to family, friends, and all that Whitman County has to offer. Once upon a time Abbie was a past National FFA officer, worked for both WSU College of Veterinary Medicine & WSU-CAHNRS, and most recently was the Executive Director for Washington FFA Association. Abbie & her husband keep busy chasing after their two kids who are active in just about everything! She and her family spend as much time outdoors as possible on quads, working their Highland cattle & Boer goats, whitewater rafting, hunting and gardening. Abbie has run multiple marathons (by choice), loves pop culture; has a case of “sehnsucht” and never fails to meet someone famous on her adventures.
Abbie’s focus is to guarantee all situations are handled with utmost professionalism; she knows that treating Kincaid Real Estate clients with respect and understanding is an important step to everyone’s satisfaction. From first-time home buyers/sellers to real estate veterans, Abbie understands that buying and selling real estate can be one of the most important, yet potentially stressful and daunting, experiences a person can undertake. Abbie’s focus on supporting and communicating with our brokers and clients ensures our people have the most positive experience possible buying and/or selling their home.
