Curt joined Kincaid Real Estate as a licensed broker in March 2018. Curt has deep roots in Whitman County dating back to the mid-1800's when his family homesteaded west of Colfax. He is very familiar with the history and geography of the area as well as the people who call Whitman County home. Curt is a multitalented individual who brings integrity, enthusiasm, wit and strong customer-centered sales experience to the Kincaid Real Estate team.

Curt has an extremely strong work ethic and is committed to going the extra mile for his clients. Curt understands the ins and outs of relocation and is well prepared to assist all families with truly enjoyable home finding experiences. No stranger to hard work, Curt knows what it takes to get the job done. Most of all, it is unique to find a real estate agent who has been involved hands-on and behind the scenes when building a home from the ground up. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Curt spent approximately 20 years in residential and commercial building maintenance - specializing in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. His extensive background in these areas provides an invaluable knowledge base for the elements involved in listing and selling real estate.

Curt is married to an educator and he and his wife have three active youngsters who keep them very busy. Curt remains highly involved in his family's farm and cattle operation (which is down the road from where Abbie grew up as his neighbor!). Curt loves a sunny summer day down at the Snake River, debating the best cattle breed with Butch, enjoying a medium-rare steak, Friday lunches with Anna, and has a secret penchant for unicorns. His down-to-earth approach and solid reasoning help make sure your real estate objectives are reached.
