Born in the Walla Walla Valley and a Waitsburg High School graduate, Jessica began her college journey at Walla Walla Community College, where she met her husband, Kent. She later completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Finance at Washington State University. Today, Jessica lives on the family farm with Kent and their two children, Cadence & Garin.
While Jessica was new to farming when she married Kent, she has fully embraced the lifestyle and values the experience it offers her and her family.
Jessica joined the Kincaid Real Estate team in February 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted connection to the area.
Jessica's professional background is rich and varied. Berfore joining Kincaid Real Estate, she spent several years in banking as well as managed a local business in Colfax for fifteen years. These roles allowed her to build strong, lasting relationships throughout Whitman County. Her transition into real estate was a natural extension of her career, and she brings the same dedication and people-centric approach to her new role.
Her dedication and organization skills make her a standout team member. Her ability to multitask efficiently and her passion for helping others highlight her commitment to whatever task is at hand.
In her role at Kincaid Real Estate, Jessica provides exceptional support to both brokers and clients. She is enthusiastic about learning and thrives on new challenges. Her favorite pastime is chasing her kids around on various adventures, lending a hand on the farm or just spending quality time with her family.
